I originally intended this album to be a collection of quiet, acoustic guitar based songs. That plan changed significantly after I wrote this particular song, which was loosely inspired by my brother, who, at one time in his life, lived like a movie star between movies. I wrote this song at 4 a.m. while under the influence of Prednisone (a synthetic corticosteroid drug), which my physician (and cousin) Matt prescribed for me to counteract the effects of a wicked bee sting.
